Our Fees:
We provide expert legal assistance in relation to summary only motoring offences under Part I of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Section 89 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Below is an overview of our pricing and the services included:

We are not VAT registered and thus we do not charge VAT on our fees. If your case is undertaken on an hourly rate basis, the rate will be discussed with you at the outset. We will provide an estimate of the number of hours required based on the specifics of your case. The rate for our solicitors typically starts at £150 per hour to £300 depends on the person deals with your matter.

Unless stated otherwise, the following services are included in the quoted price for assistance with summary only motoring offences:
- Considering evidence: We will review all the available evidence in your case, including witness statements and any documentation provided by the prosecution.
- Providing advice: We will offer clear advice regarding your plea, the likely sentence, and the available options if the sentence cannot be predicted. This includes advising on the potential outcomes of a guilty or not guilty plea.
- Exceptional hardship and special reasons: Where applicable, we will advise on whether a defence based on exceptional hardship or special reasons should be raised in your case.

The quoted price does not cover the following services unless specified:
- Taking statements from an examination of witnesses: If witness statements need to be taken, this will incur an additional charge.
- Sourcing expert witnesses: If expert witnesses are required, there will be an additional charge for instructing them.
- Advice or assistance in relation to an appeal: Any work related to an appeal will incur an additional cost.
- Advice on special reasons hearings: If a special reasons hearing is necessary, additional fees will apply.
- Any third party fees: interpreter fees, counsel fees which we will discuss it before their engagement takes place.
